"From beginning to end, our experience with TPC Restoration was outstanding. We had several services come by to provide estimates. TPC’s initial visit was the most thorough. They clearly know how to scope a project and were as intent on providing an accurate estimate as we were in receiving one. Further, being log home owners themselves, they offered many useful log home insights, related and unrelated, to the project at hand. As we are new to log homes, we found this tremendously helpful.

The Spring weather slowed our initial start date. But we appreciated TPC’s patience. They didn’t try to rush the job under less than ideal weather conditions simply to ‘move on’. They were driven by a genuine concern for the final results.

During the execution phase, they worked diligently, professionally, and we’re delighted with the results. Moreover, the crew was comprised of young men who were conscientious, courteous and clearly took pride in their work.

We’re not generally inclined to write ‘glowing reviews’ and there’s certainly no incentive attached to it. Other than, such service is increasingly rare these days and when it’s provided, it needs to be highlighted. The only thing we would caution is to be sure to seal up your exterior lighting and AC outlets. The power washing caused us to have to replace some. But that was a quick job. And our overall experience was again, outstanding. "
