This log home needed a simple pressure cleaning with environmentally safe wood cleaners to remove and kill the mold and mildew. The existing caulk was pulling away from the logs due to settling and shrinking, so we recaulked all the exterior logs. Then we applied two coats of a log home stain and one top coat for added UV protection.
