This log home is a new construction. In working with the contractor and the home owner, the decision was made to use three different colors of stain. The logs are one color, the windows, door trim, and soffits are another color, and the gutter boards, porch ceilings, and doors are a third color. We did a simple pressure cleaning to the exterior of the log home followed by caulking and staining.
